On 5th October 2022, H.E President Salva Kiir Mayardit today bide farewell to South Sudan Ambassador designated to Uganda, Simon Juach at the Office of the President.

The meeting between the President and the ambassador focused on the current cooperation between South Sudan and Uganda and how the relations can be improved with special emphasis on the Economy, Trade and Security.
 
The Ambassador made a courtesy call today prior to his departure to his work station in Uganda. 
The President highlighted to the ambassador the importance of South Sudan's relations with  Uganda.

The President wished the ambassador good luck in his assignment and urged the ambassador to contribute strongly to the development of the bilateral relations between the two Countries.

Ambassador Simon Juach has replaced Ambassador Simon Duku Michael.

H.E Amb. Simon Juach Deng, Ambassador-designate of South Sudan to Rwanda presented copies of credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation-Republic of Rwanda
