Kigali , Rwanda, 21 November 2024- The outgoing Ambassador of South Sudan to Uganda and non-resident Ambassador to Rwanda today bade farewell to H.E President Kagame after serving his term as Ambassador.

Amb.Simon Juach Deng expressed his aspiration to strengthen relations of cooperation and communication between the Government of the Republic of South Sudan and the Republic of Rwanda.

H.E. Amb.Simon Juach Deng paid his farewell courtesy calls to H.E President Paul Kagame at Urugwiro village, Rwanda.He was accompanied by Amb. Margaret Daniel and counselor Joseph Anyak.
