H.E Amb. Simon Juach accompanied by Educ. Attaché Mr. Lual (back left) and Brig. Gen. Peter Majok (R) participated at Inter University Council of East Africa groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Phase II of the Head Office in Kampala. The complex will include offices, a conference hall & a data centre.
H.E addressed the media on importance of quality education and standardization.
