Hon. Dr. Benjamin Bol Mel, Senior Presidential Envoy on Special Programs accompanied by H.E. Amb. Simon Juach Deng and the team on 15th May 2023, went to Pader District, Northern Uganda, to deliver a special message from H.E. President Salva Kiir Mayardit to H.E. President Yoweri K. Museveni. The Senior Presidential Envoy was warmly welcomed by H.E. the President of Uganda, who is on a regional tour in the northern part of the country.
